South West England is the largest UK region in terms of area, extending from Gloucestershire down to Cornwall, and including the Scilly Isles. Apart from Bristol and its outlying manufacturing sector, the South West is largely rural and more famous for its food and drink, which includes Cheddar cheese, Somerset cider and Devon cream teas. It has two national parks, four world heritage sites, including Stonehenge, and the annual music festival at Glastonbury.
