The Glow Rest Home is situated in a much sought after residential area and provides 24 hour care for elderley and elderley mentally frail people within a friendly, family atmosphere.
We offer single rooms, which are all bright, spacious and furnished with a comfortable single bed. There are also provisions for residents to bring their own furniture and personal belongings from home.
Home Features
Glow Rest Home has it's own private garden with a large lawn, flower beds, conservatory and patio.
Our menus are designed to suite a variety of nutritional needs and preferences. All meals are home cooked using fresh ingredients to a high standard.
Our residents enjoy participating in a range of activities. Board games are popular and we encourage residents to be social and interact with one another. Individual activities and events are supported including birthday celebrations.
Local Facilities
We enjoy a close professional relationship with outside support agencies, including social services, district nurses and doctors. When you come to the home you will be able to keep your own GP, or there is the choice to register with a practitioner of your choice within the local area.
We are also located close the shops and the area is ably served by local bus routes.
