The staff moral is very good and they are well supported by the management. Staffing levels are consistent and staffs always have time to spend with individual service users.

First Aid: All staff have received training in First Aid and fully understand that First Aid emergency care is to care for a person who is ill or injured, before medical help arrives. This means that no member of our staff would put any one at risk and make any decisions out side of their own capabilities.

Recognition of Excellence: This has been gained by achieving a good star rating form the CSCI. By providing best practice to both services users and staff alike, by the manager gaining an award for National Learner of the Year, by the cards and letters we receive from families and friends.
