Welcome to Brook House, a modern purpose built Neuro Care Centre providing long term maintenance care; rehabilitation, therapy, social care and respite care to clients from the age of eighteen upwards.

Brook house has a contemporary environment including a gym with the latest rehab equipment, internet cafe, and a large reception area where clients can enjoy coffee, music and socialise with each other and their families.
Brook house provides first class 24hour specialist clinical care, therapy and support in a stimulating environment for clients with enduring neurological conditions. Our team of qualified nurses, physiotherapists, Occupational therapists, music therapists and trained care staff belive that person centered care is vital to enable clients to reach their full potential for recovery or maintenance care.
Regular multi-disciplinary team meetings are held with the client and their families to discuss individual needs and how these needs are best met. An individual Nursing Care plan and Therapy Care plan is designed in consultation with clients and their families so that we can ensure a consistent and appropriate level of care.
Regular reviews and progress assessments are conducted to keep the plans up to date. Clients who are able to, and their families with client consent, may read and review the care plans at any time. Brook House enjoys a partnership with Northwick Park Regional Rehabilitation Unit. Their consultant led team visit the centre weekly to support the ongoing care and therapy which clients receive.
