Conifers Lodge is a modern up to date unit using the latest facilities and therapy methods
to rehabilitate service users back into the community.
The unit has been purposely converted to accommodate the needs of service users.
This outstanding building is fully en-suite with shower sinks and toilets. Each room has
been individually interior designed to give a unique and personal feel.
We have high staffing levels, which enables us to provide the best quality of care,
and ensure our client reach their full potential. Our full-time rehabilitation officer
structures the client’s weekly activities to ensure that their social, educational,
religious, and personal needs are met.
The staff have experience of dealing with challenging behaviour and difficult to manage
clients, with surprisingly good results. We feel no one is beyond help, and we structure
our care to fit around the client rather than try to fit the client into an existing mode.
The philosophy of the Home is to promote independence, self-respect and self worth.
We operate an open door policy where relatives, friends, and care co-ordinators are
welcome to visit at any time.
