morning room and a choice of two dining rooms, one with oak panelling, in which
residents may relax and entertain guests. There is full lift access to upper
floors. Personal interests are encouraged, and there is an activities room for
residents' use. Daily activities include arts and crafts, gardening,
reminiscence therapy, trips to the theatre in Bath and entertainers visiting the
home. A courtesy taxi service to Bath and other local areas is also offered.

Directions From Bath,
leave the city via A4 towards Chippenham. From London, follow M4 to junction 17,
then A429 towards Chippenham and A4 towards Bath. Shockerwick House is situated
off the A4 between the villages of Batheaston and Box.
